About Box of Locs
We started Box of Locs with a mission to provide high-quality protective hair styles at affordable prices. Our team are dedicated to helping our customers look and feel their best.
Protective hairstyles are a valuable tool for maintaining healthy hair, promoting growth, & preventing damage.
We recommend a total of 40 locs per full head, which can be made up from as many different types of single or double ended locs you choose.
When deciding, we recommend you choose at least 5 'accent' locs to add that personal touch.
After Care
Week 1: Lightly oil, separate & trim tangles Daily. Wash with shampoo / bar of your choice once per week.
Week 2: Lightly oil, separate & trim when needed. Wash with shampoo / bar of your choice.
Continue to enjoy your new look up to 4 - 6 weeks.
Remove locs & detox.
Brush your hair, wash & condition.
Cut & colour if needed.
Reinstall your universal locs.
Don't forget to wear a satin bonnet to bed or use a satin pillowcase to reduce lint build up
Detox Recipe
Ingredients:
- Baking Soda: 3/4 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Warm Water
- Add essential oils for additional benefits / scent
Soak locs for 20 - 30 minutes. rinse & dry thoroughly
